There were a private safe, tea/coffee making equipment, and a dining area in the room, loved that. The location was marvellous, next to several other enchanting waterfalls, and lush jungle. It also was very close to nature.

I had a total blast at this hotel! The staff were like my new BFFs, always making sure everything was perfect. The view from the room and restaurant? So breathtaking, I almost forgot to take selfies. And that yoga near the waterfall? Like a fairy tale!
Oh, and let's not forget the charmingly slow WiFi. Seriously, is patience a virtue or what?

We had an amazing stay at a tranquil hotel surrounded by nature. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the sound of the jungle. The staff provided impeccable service, and we loved the delicious food in the restaurant. The room had a comfortable bed and we enjoyed the hot water in the bathroom. One highlight was the short walk to a refreshing waterfall and the access to a natural pool in the hotel's backyard.
The hotel may not be suitable for those with limited mobility due to the number of stairs.

Stayed in a room with a view of the construction site next door - very serene indeed. But hey, at least the staff were fabulous and the waterfall was right across!
Who needs a good view when you can have a noisy construction site right outside your window? Bliss. #Sarcasm

The rooms at Gumi Ayu Ecostay are cozy and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing getaway. I loved the private bathrooms with the shower and free toiletries, it made me feel right at home. The balcony in the suite was a lovely bonus, great for enjoying my morning coffee. And the mountain view from some of the rooms was simply breathtaking.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the safety deposit box in some of the units. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure others would appreciate the extra security.
